Role Overview
Lead clinical shift care, medication administration, wound dressings, and resident health monitoring within partner residential and nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications, subcutaneous injections, and complex dressings according to NMC guidelines.
- Supervise healthcare assistants during nursing shifts.
- Liaise with GPs, emergency services, and families.
- Audit MAR sheets and maintain CQC-ready clinical handovers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NMC PIN (Registered General or Mental Health Nurse).
- Minimum 6 months post-registration clinical experience in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on update service.
